Pillar 1: Respectful/gentle parenting

As a parenting coach, I am here to support you as the parent, in learning new tools for yourself to use in your day-to-day life and in those high stress moments.

My focus does not lay in helping you to change your child’s behaviour, we are here to change yours.

Our upbringing, the environments we have lived in from birth til present, our jobs, our relationships and social interactions..these combine to make us the parents we are today.

Children’s ‘tantrums’ ‘bad behaviour’ refusal to listen, to pay attention and so on are not behaviours that need to be stopped. These are normal and show the brain is developing. Choosing to work alongside these behaviours, guiding instead of controlling and holding necessary boundaries in a respectful way, will help you do your part in helping your child grow with emotional stability, regulation and strong mental health. After time you will also find yourself the parent of a more at peace, happier child.

Being focused, calm and able to manage your child’s behaviours in a way that leaves you both feeling valuable, loved and fulfilled isn’t always second nature and that’s where I come in.

Pillar 2: Peace of mind

To be calm with your child you firstly need to be calm within yourself. Of course, there are going to be moments and situations that create high stress, however learning how to handle these moments when they arrive is paramount. Wether these being with your children, partner, family members, friends, work environments or situations, financial difficulties or your own feelings towards yourself. Together we can tackle these obstacles, we can work through your triggers from past and present and we will work on shifting your mindset to one where stress comes and goes with ease.

Pillar 3: You are what you eat and more

Happiness starts with health and health starts with what we put into our bodies.

What we eat, what we drink, what we breathe.
